Your child's instructor, Chanse (pronounced like the word), graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a BA in Mass Media Arts. She is currently in her third year of UNLV's MFA program in Writing for Dramatic Media, where she also teaches screenwriting. When not teaching academically, Chanse builds preschool-aged developmental curriculum for a local gymnastics facility. She's grateful for the opportunity and ability to teach outside of the classroom, where she can focus on individualism while still incorporating common core standards and curriculum. Though she's not great at drawing and once got out of a flute recital by claiming her mother was in labor (a day early), she likes to think of herself as an art and music teacher of words. Once she's done with school, she hopes to focus on writing children's books and films.
